OPPORTUNITIES OPEN TO YOU WHILE TAKING GERMAN AT WTHS:
Overview:
TRAVEL:
- There are two German teachers: Herr Kerwood and Frau Friedle
- Currently German 1, German 2, German 3, and German 4 is offered at William Tennent
- Courses *will* run as long as there is demand for them
- While we, unfortunately, continue to not offer German Advanced Placement (AP) as a separate course at WTHS, students who are interested in taking the AP exam or simply continuing on to improve their German proficiency should:
- work diligently throughout all four levels, knowing that your goal is ever-improved proficiency and ability to communicate in German and
- express this desire to your counselor as well as to Herr Kerwood and Frau Friedle so that we may plan for your success. Frau Friedle has been to workshops about the German AP, so we can work with you with an Independent Study; Canvas is a great tool for this scenario. Otherwise, there are handful of German AP courses available online.
